These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 365pk Gaming Ltd ("365pk," "we," "us," or "our"). Each individual may hold only one registered 365pk account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, with associated bonuses forfeited. Sharing accounts between multiple individuals is not permitted.

365pk reserves the right to carry out identity verification procedures (KYC) at any point, including but not limited to at account registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or following unusual account activity. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.
4.1 Deposits. All deposits to your 365pk account are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via approved payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposits section of the Platform. 365pk does not apply deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own charges independently of 365pk.
4.2 Deposits Must Be From Own Funds. You agree that all funds deposited to your 365pk account constitute your personal funds, sourced from lawful means, and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. 365pk reserves the right to conduct AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks on any account and to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities as required by law.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for deposit wherever possible. 365pk aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform. Processing times may be extended if additional verification is required or if the withdrawal triggers a manual review under our compliance procedures.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal may be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the 365pk Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. 365pk does not apply currency conversion to PKR-denominated accounts. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation; the applicable rate is disclosed prior to confirmation.
5.1 General. 365pk may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are governed by these Terms and Conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the promotional offer. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a 365pk account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus amount (and any winnings generated from bonus play) become eligible for withdrawal as Real Funds. The wagering requirement multiplier, applicable games, game contribution weightings, and expiry period applicable to each bonus are stated at the point of offer and are accessible within the account's bonus management section.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 365pk reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit bonus funds and any associated winnings where we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:
5.4 Promotional Eligibility. 365pk reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player segments, geographic regions, account tiers, or time periods without prior notice. Not all promotions are available to all players simultaneously.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 365pk Platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing a wager. General 365pk Terms and Conditions apply to all games in addition to game-specific rules.
6.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on the 365pk Platform use certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and certified by a recognised third-party testing laboratory. The RNG systems are re-audited periodically. These certifications are available upon written request submitted through our support team.
6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games operate using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in a dedicated studio environment. Live dealer outcomes are determined by the physical result of each dealing or spinning action and are not subject to RNG software. Video feeds are HD-quality and include multiple camera angles where available.
6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or connectivity disruption during an active game session, 365pk reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. 365pk is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's own internet connectivity issues.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365pk Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 365pk Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:
10.1 Platform Availability. 365pk strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. 365pk accepts no liability for losses arising from planned or unplanned service interruptions.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365pk shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of reputation — arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the 365pk Platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.
10.3 Maximum Liability Cap. In any event, 365pk's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from or related to their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
365pk processes personal data provided by Players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and platform usage in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering an account with 365pk, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include:
Players may exercise their data rights — including access, correction, deletion, and data portability requests — by contacting 365pk's Data Protection team via the support email address provided on the Platform. All data processing activities at 365pk are conducted in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
12.1 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 365pk support. Prior to account closure, any Real Funds balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, subject to completed KYC verification.
12.2 365pk-Initiated Suspension. 365pk reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to a Player's account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:
12.3 365pk-Initiated Closure. Where an investigation following suspension concludes that a breach has occurred, 365pk may permanently close the account. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, all associated balances — including both Bonus Funds and Real Funds — may be forfeited in full. Players subject to account closure will be notified by email and provided with information on the appeals process where applicable.
365pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated Effective Date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects Players' rights or obligations under these Terms — 365pk will provide advance notice via Platform notification or the registered email address associated with the Player's account.
Continued use of the 365pk Platform following the Effective Date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the amendment taking effect.
It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 365pk recommends that Players revisit this page at least quarterly to remain informed of the current Terms governing their use of the Platform.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 365pk Gaming Ltd is incorporated and licensed to operate as an international gaming operator.
14.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 365pk, the Player is required to first submit a formal complaint to 365pk's customer support team, providing full details of the complaint and any supporting evidence. 365pk commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
14.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through 365pk's internal complaint resolution process, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated under 365pk's operating licence. Details of the applicable independent dispute resolution body are available from 365pk's support team upon request.
14.4 Limitation Period. Any claim against 365pk arising from or related to these Terms must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which the Player became aware, or ought reasonably to have become aware, of the facts giving rise to the claim.
